We went up to the Hood canal and crab Friday. Hauler worked great.

We were a three man crew with an average age of 75 years. Thanks to the hauler we set 6 pots and then reset 4 again. So we hauled 10 soaks. Got about 50 rock crab, but only 6 dungenous so that was disappointing, but the hauler worked great.

I did the mechanical and my boat guy did the electrical. He fabricated a great bracket to mount the receptacle and the pedal hose.

My total coast with the hauler, the upscale gunwale mount and my mechanics time, is probably at least $2500. But this kind of gear will allow a bunch of largely retired guys, stay in the game.

Thank you,
George Morris
