Dear Sirs,

This note is about the Safe-T-Puller I purchased in 2005 to participate in SE Alaska’s subsitance king crab fishery. Installation went as described, and was easier than expected. As far as use goes, it has performed flawlessly. I pulled crab pots from depths of up to 550-600 ft on a regular basis, with no trouble. What really impressed me the most is since then I have moved to an area where we use the puller for shrimping. We were setting 10 pots in a string at 450-500 ft. This was well over the rated capacity of the puller, which took a good strain but still unflinchingly brought our gear up. Since then I have cut down to five in a string which is less work for all. Hands down, if I had to purchase another unit or recommend a puller, this product would be the one! it is phenomenal. A lot less noise than a gas operated unit without the hazard of using gasoline on deck. Customer service has been excellent. Any time I called the manufacturerer they were more than willing to assist and give adive. Thanks for all your support, looking forwardf to another season of harvesting!!!!!
